Over its compact 26-minute runtime, the tape ripples like heat off pavement. Ukuleles, harps and harmonicas flicker beside glitchy electronics, roaring-guitars and intimate voices. Thundering drones crack away into delicate indie-songs. Emotions crackle, hiss, pan, and decay.
